As an artist, I believe in the power of art to evoke emotions and to spark imagination. My aim is to capture the beauty of the world we live in through my paintings.

I use a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques and paint as much as possible en plein air with the scene directly in front of me. This brings a freshness and vitality to the painting process and hopefully this is conveyed in the paintings you will find here.
